    We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping to the U.S. and Canada on all orders over $30. Orders below $30 shipped to the United States and Canada will cost a flat rate of $6.95. Order processing time takes 2-3 business days. Standard mail within the U.S. takes typically 7- 10 business days via USPS. International Shipping usually arrives within 10-16 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. International shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout once your full address has been entered.

    If your items are preorder or backorder or if there is a large influx of orders around the holidays or busy season our shipping and processing time may take a little longer. In the event that this happens all customers will be notified and generally an announcement will be included on the product description. All orders ship from California, United States. Please be aware that International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.     International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all Customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Trading Mekka ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and / or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office. USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. 

    Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out. As our business is located in California State, we are obligated to collect Sales Tax on all purchases originating from California State. 


    When authorized you must ship your items back to us with a copy of your original sales receipt within 10 days of purchase, after obtaining a return authorization from our Sales Department via email at in order to obtain this authorization. Only in original packaging, unopened, unused and untested merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchange. Please contact us to receive a return authorization prior to sending back any merchandise. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of your package upon its delivery to us. This policy pertains strictly to all current and future merchandise. Perfumes, brushes, blenders, sponges, and nail polishes are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons and some of them being prohibited by law from being returned to us via the United States Postal Service.

    Trading Mekka will not be held liable for returns that are damaged, destroyed or lost en route back to us, so please select a secure shipping method for your returns. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance. International Orders, Bundles and Package Sets may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any merchandise that arrives to our customers damaged or not matching your order will be immediately replaced with the same items, and no additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. Please report any damaged or missing products immediately upon receipt, so that the appropriate claims can be filed with our shipping companies. Neglecting to do so and/or use of the products despite the damage constitutes acceptance of the item in the condition it arrives in, and renders us unable to file the appropriate claim, which can result in the refusal of your return.

    Once you have completed all of the steps above and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are being approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 10 business days. By purchasing from you are bound by all of our Terms, Policies and Conditions. These terms only apply when purchasing from directly and not through authorized or not authorized distributors.
